Co-curricular activities play a very important role in imparting training at the school. They provide ample scope for overall development of the student's creative ability and skill. The students learn by doing and participating in these activities according to their aptitudes. All the students are motivated to take part in at least one or more of these activities. HOUSE SYSTEM
To develop the team spirit and to have healthy competition the school students are divided into four houses viz (I) Vikrant (2) Vidyut (3) Vishal (4) Vijayant. The house activities are organized and managed by a group of teachers and a team of prefects under the guidance and leadership of coordinators for co-curricular activities. Two periods in a week have been allotted for various house activities and to have inter-house competition. A healthy spirit of competition is created amongst the houses. Group/individual prizes are awarded on merit.
STUDENT APPOINTMENT
To promote the leadership qualities, self reliance and co¬operation amongst the students, a system of appointment has been introduced. The School captain is the senior most appointment holder. He is partly responsible for the overall discipline of the school. He is assisted by the School Vice Captains. Every House Master/House Mistress assisted by the student appointees is responsible for the discipline of the students in the house and for participation in CCA.
