About Us
Begun in 1983 JAWAHAR LAL NEHRU SCHOOL(Senior Wing) has now a strength of 2800 students with 76 teachers. The school is co-educational. It has established a reputation for progressive and innovative education. The attempt of the school is to address each individual child as a complete and unique human being and help them to learn with a sense of joy and freedom, in an attempt of enquiry and immense relationship. An ambience of friendliness and informality engenders a spirit of co-operative investigation as well as striving for excellence. The school follows an all India curriculum examination as prescribed by the CBSE, New Delhi under 10+2 system of education.
The school with an area of about 8 acres is centrally located at Habibganj in BHEL Township, Bhopal. The school offers a student friendly academic and sports infrastructure. The school building houses a library, with a combined stock of nearly books. The school also subscribes to multiple copies of all major newspaper and magazines and journals. The two computer labs together have 54 computers for student’s use with all necessary accessories, internet connections etc and offers extensive IT facilities.
